Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel while on a business trip. The staff was incredibly respectful and went out of their way to accommodate our group. The rooms were spacious and always clean. However, the fitness room was uncomfortably hot, and the pool was often crowded with children, which made it less inviting for adults. Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you're visiting Hue.
The hotel is centrally located, only a 10-minute walk to the Citadel and surrounded by street food and shopping. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony, but the furniture feels outdated and could use some refreshing. While the breakfast was decent, the dining experience on the rooftop is worth trying. However, the noise from the pool area and upstairs breakfast can be quite disruptive, and the pool gets crowded with kids. Overall, it's a good base for exploring the city but has a few drawbacks.
The hotel offered a clean and spacious room with a nice city view, and the complimentary breakfast had a diverse choice that catered well to our group of vegetarians and vegans. The pool and bar provided a relaxing atmosphere, although the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite a few minor safety concerns outside the hotel grounds.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, I appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, along with a nice view of the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were consistently friendly. However, I found the location a bit far from major tourist areas, and there were moments when I felt uncomfortable with some unsolicited interactions outside the hotel.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast options were plentiful. On the other hand, the location was a bit further from downtown than I expected, and the overall service didn't meet the standards I was hoping for. The hotel is fine for a short stay, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement.
